Interval Timer:Workout Timer Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Interval Timer:Workout Timer mobile application (the “App”) and its supporting cloud service. The App is offered outside mainland China. Interval Timer:Workout Timer is operated by the independent developer HaoZu Peng (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to 3613719357@qq.com.

1. Information processed on your device

The App stores workout plans, exercise names, timer settings, language and voice preferences, reminder settings, and workout history locally on your device. We do not receive this local workout content through the App’s cloud service. You can remove it using the App’s clear-history controls or by deleting the App.

2. Information sent to the App’s cloud service

To provide three free workouts per App Store account and prevent that allowance from resetting after reinstallation or a device change, the App sends an Apple-generated App Transaction identifier to our Cloudflare Worker over HTTPS.

• The raw App Transaction identifier is used transiently to calculate an HMAC-SHA-256 value with a secret key. We do not store the raw identifier in D1.
• Cloudflare D1 stores the resulting 64-character pseudonymous hash, the number of free workouts remaining, the total consumed count, and record creation/update timestamps.
• Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request metadata to deliver, secure, and operate its network. We do not intentionally write IP addresses to the App’s D1 allowance table.

The identifier is not your Apple Account email address, real name, payment-card number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health record. Although pseudonymized, we treat it as protected information because it distinguishes one App Store account for this App.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases, the seven-day trial, monthly subscription, lifetime purchase, billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The App reads the product identifier and entitlement or transaction status needed to unlock Premium. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card or bank details.

4. Information we do not collect

Interval Timer:Workout Timer does not request or collect your precise GPS location, address book, camera photos, microphone recordings, advertising identifier, social-media profile, real name, postal address, or phone number. The App does not include advertising, remarketing, cross-app tracking, or Google/Firebase behavioral analytics. Workout reminders are scheduled as local device notifications.

5. Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you choose to provide. We use them only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, or comply with law. Please do not send health information, passwords, payment-card details, or copies of identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested through a secure process.

6. Purposes and legal bases

We process the information described above to provide requested App functionality and purchases, maintain the three-workout allowance, restore Premium access, prevent abuse and fraud, secure the service, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the relevant legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the service and enforcing the one-time allowance, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Service providers

• Apple App Store and StoreKit — purchases, subscriptions, trials, restoration, and entitlement information. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — HTTPS delivery, security, Worker API execution, and D1 database hosting. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations. We require service providers under our control to use information only to provide and protect the relevant service.

8. International processing

Because the App is distributed internationally and uses Apple and Cloudflare, information may be processed outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on provider contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the service, you understand that network requests will be routed through these international service providers.

9. Retention and deletion

• Local plans, settings, and history remain until you clear them or delete the App.
• The raw App Transaction identifier is not persisted in D1.
• The pseudonymous allowance record is retained while reasonably needed to operate the service, enforce the one-time free allowance, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. It may remain after App deletion so reinstalling does not reset the allowance.
• Support communications are retained as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain security or legal records.

You may request deletion or exercise another applicable privacy right by emailing 3613719357@qq.com. We may need reasonable verification to protect other users and locate a pseudonymous record. We will explain any lawful exception or inability to identify a record from the information provided.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to a privacy regulator. California residents may request information about categories collected and deletion, subject to applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising. EU, EEA, and UK users may object to legitimate-interest processing and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

11. Children

Interval Timer:Workout Timer is a general fitness timing tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian should supervise use. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

12. Security

We use HTTPS, pseudonymization through keyed HMAC-SHA-256, secret management, access controls, and data minimization. No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice in the App when a change is material. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the updated policy.

本隐私政策适用于 Interval Timer:Workout Timer 移动应用（以下简称“本应用”）及其配套云服务。本应用面向中国大陆以外的国家和地区提供。Interval Timer:Workout Timer 由独立开发者 HaoZu Peng（以下简称“我们”）运营。如有问题或隐私请求，请发送邮件至 3613719357@qq.com。

1. 在设备本地处理的信息

本应用会在您的设备本地保存训练计划、动作名称、计时设置、界面与语音语言、提醒设置和训练历史。本应用的云服务不会接收这些本地训练内容。您可以通过应用内清除历史功能或删除本应用移除这些数据。

2. 发送至本应用云服务的信息

为向每个 App Store 账户提供三次免费训练，并防止重新安装或更换设备后重置次数，本应用会通过 HTTPS 将 Apple 生成的应用交易标识发送至 Cloudflare Worker。

• 原始应用交易标识只在请求过程中用于结合服务端密钥计算 HMAC-SHA-256 值，我们不会将原始标识保存到 D1。
• Cloudflare D1 保存计算后的64位假名化哈希、剩余免费次数、累计使用次数以及记录的创建和更新时间。
• Cloudflare 可能为网络传输、安全和服务运行处理 IP 地址及技术请求信息。我们不会主动把 IP 地址写入本应用的 D1 免费额度表。

该标识不是您的 Apple 账户邮箱、真实姓名、银行卡号、精确位置、通讯录、照片或健康记录。虽然经过假名化处理，我们仍将其视为受保护信息，因为它可以在本应用范围内区分一个 App Store 账户。

3. 购买与订阅

应用内购买、七天试用、月度订阅、终身购买、扣款、退款和恢复购买均由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。本应用仅读取解锁高级权益所需的产品标识和权益或交易状态。我们不会直接接收或保存您的完整银行卡或银行账户信息。

4. 我们不收集的信息

Interval Timer:Workout Timer 不请求或收集您的精确 GPS 位置、通讯录、相机照片、麦克风录音、广告标识符、社交媒体资料、真实姓名、邮寄地址或电话号码。本应用不包含广告、再营销、跨应用跟踪或 Google/Firebase 用户行为分析。训练提醒使用设备本地通知。

5. 支持沟通

如果您向我们发送邮件，我们会收到您的邮箱地址以及您主动提供的正文和附件，仅用于答复、排查问题、保护服务或履行法律义务。除非确有必要并通过安全方式明确要求，请勿发送健康信息、密码、支付卡信息或身份证件副本。

6. 处理目的与法律依据

我们处理上述信息的目的包括：提供您请求的应用功能和购买服务、维护三次免费额度、恢复高级权益、防止滥用和欺诈、保障服务安全、处理支持请求以及履行法律义务。在 GDPR 或英国 GDPR 适用时，法律依据包括履行合同或应您的请求采取订立合同前措施、我们在提供和保护服务及执行一次性免费额度方面的合法利益，以及履行法律义务。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将其用于跨场景行为广告。

7. 服务提供商

• Apple App Store 与 StoreKit：处理购买、订阅、试用、恢复购买及权益信息。请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。
• Cloudflare：提供 HTTPS 传输、安全防护、Worker API 运行和 D1 数据库托管。请参阅 Cloudflare 隐私政策。

8. 跨境处理

由于本应用在多个国家和地区分发并使用 Apple 与 Cloudflare，信息可能在您所在国家或地区之外处理，这些地区的数据保护法律可能不同。在法律要求时，我们依赖服务提供商的合同保障和其他合法跨境机制。使用本服务意味着网络请求会通过这些国际服务提供商处理。

9. 保存与删除

• 本地计划、设置和训练历史会一直保留，直至您主动清除或删除本应用。
• 原始应用交易标识不会持久保存在 D1。
• 假名化免费额度记录会在运营服务、执行一次性免费额度、防止滥用、解决争议及履行法律义务所合理需要的期间保存。删除应用后该记录仍可能保留，以防重新安装后重置次数。
• 支持邮件会在解决请求及维护安全或法律记录所合理需要的期间保存。

您可以发送邮件至 3613719357@qq.com 请求删除或行使其他适用权利。为保护其他用户并定位假名化记录，我们可能要求进行合理验证。如依法需要保留信息，或无法根据您提供的信息定位记录，我们会说明原因。

10. 您的隐私权利

根据您所在地区，您可能有权请求访问、更正、删除、限制、反对或移转相关信息，并可向隐私监管机构投诉。加州居民可以依法请求了解所收集的信息类别并请求删除。我们不会以跨场景行为广告含义出售或共享个人信息。欧盟、欧洲经济区和英国用户可以反对基于合法利益的处理，并向当地监管机构投诉。我们不会因您行使适用权利而歧视您。

11. 儿童隐私

Interval Timer:Workout Timer 是通用健身计时工具，并非面向13岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集13岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果当地法律规定更高的独立同意年龄，应由家长或监护人监督使用。如果您认为儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们，我们会依法审查并删除。

12. 安全措施

我们采用 HTTPS、基于密钥的 HMAC-SHA-256 假名化、密钥管理、访问控制和数据最小化等措施。但任何电子传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。

13. 政策更新

本应用、服务提供商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。我们会修改页面顶部日期，并在重大变更时通过应用提供额外通知。更新生效后继续使用本服务，将适用更新后的政策。
